Introducing our Portable Air/Oxygen Blender Calibration Test Bench — a compact solution designed for accuracy and efficiency. This innovative test bench is meticulously crafted to ensure the seamless calibration of medical air/oxygen blender systems, guaranteeing optimal performance in medical environments. Its portability, coupled with advanced calibration capabilities, makes it an indispensable tool for clinical engineers — enabling them to maintain the highest standards of safety and accuracy in oxygen delivery systems.

  • Software. Seamlessly interfaces with our OxyManager software to generate comprehensive test certificates. Connecting the test bench to OxyManager gives users a friendly interface that simplifies calibration procedures, capturing test results in real time so clinical engineers can produce detailed certificates swiftly and reliably.
  • Pressure gauges. Made with materials compatible with oxygen and cleaned to remove contaminants such as oil, grease, scale, and organic or inorganic substances. ISO 1725:2017 certified.
3D modelling & printing

From concept to printed part

From concept to finished part, our in-house team designs and 3D-prints custom components, prototypes, jigs, fixtures, and enclosures for clinical and biomedical engineering. Rapid iteration lets us validate fit and function early — and produce parts to the tolerances medical work demands, from one-off prototypes to small production runs.
